We offer a Garden Design service to suit every budget and stage of enquiry. If you are not too sure if you want a full re-design of your garden and would prefer instead to discuss your ideas whilst getting some help and advice from a qualified garden designer and horticulturalist then take advantage of our Garden Designer Consultancy offering!

These sessions are lead by the individual need of the garden and people involved. We can offer input on a range of garden challenges:

• Bringing cohesion and identity to a garden missing that 'something'.

• Narrowing your ideas down and honing your garden plans.

• Planting in a bed that 'isn't working' for you.

• Planting for specific goals such as winter gardens, wildlife friendly plants and cutting gardens for year round floral arrangements in your home direct from your garden, to name but a few.

• Advice on how to maintain your garden- when to prune, why to mulch, how to make it more low maintainance...

• A Garden Designers perspective on your garden and make suggestions on how to improve and create extended interest or value in your current garden.

• Analysing your site with fresh eyes to ensure you get the best out of your future plantings and garden design elements- and even house elements- should you be planning an extension and want to enjoy the most from your new aspects and views out of the property.

• Talk through the process of working with professionals in your garden, make suggestions of whom you may want to work with.

These sessions will allow you to make informed decisions drawing on Amber Hine's years of garden design practice giving you the confidence and input to create a garden that sings in the months to come.

This service is offered at an hourly rate for 2023 of £90ph (minimum 2 hour session) + travel
